How to Capture SolidCAM Problem for Troubleshooting
To compile files for troubleshooting or service request submission to SolidCAM technical team, kindly follow the steps below:
CAMpart file
1. From the SolidCAM Manager, right-click the CAM-part > Send To…
2. Choose Folder only option as Machine Simulation is not needed for the troubleshooting.
3. Choose (including MachSim) to simulate the whole operation with their Machine requirements and design.
4. Then select Package for Technical Support and save it on desktop so it is easier to find and copy for troubleshooting purposes.
