If you encounter problems with an installed SOLIDWORKS product (e.g. SOLIDWORKS Premium, Simulation, PDM, Inspection, Electrical etc.) you can use the repairing SOLIDWORKS tool in the Installation Manager to repair the installation of the product.
Communication
1. Go to Start > Add or Remove Programs > search for SOLIDWORKS > click Modify/Change.
2. Choose Repair > click Next.
3. Choose the products that you would like to repair. Click Repair and wait until Finish.
4. Once the repair is complete, restart the PC and retest the issue.
