Driving Industry Ecosystems: Striving for Sustainable Technology Adoption
This year’s 3DEXPERIENCE Works Innovation Day 2025 (3DXWID2025 – Kuala Lumpur) was held at Perdanasiswa Complex (KPS), Universiti Malaya, Kuala Lumpur.
The 3DEXPERIENCE Works Innovation Day 2025 is a CADVision Systems highlight event of this year with the theme to ensure the sustainability of future industry ecosystems. During this event, you will be brought towards the latest engineering technology and features in SOLIDWORKS, 3DEXPERIENCE Works, and many more innovative technologies.
On November 22, 2024, CADVision Systems 3DEXPERIENCE Works Innovation Day 2025 has gather a community of engineers and industry leaders from many different engineering industries. This event also brought together engineering students and significant figures from education parts. The involvement of both engineers and education community can help in fostering a solid foundation for future ecosystems of industry especially engineering industry.
From 9am to 6pm the attendees experienced a day filled with innovation, collaboration, and inspiration. The event commenced with an opening remarks of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony between CEO of CADVision Systems, Mr. Adrian Khor, and Managing Director of Chemtron, Mr. Aliasgar Moochala setting a predecent and signaling an understanding between the two partners toward the dedication of bringing engineering to a new heights. Participants were served to a series of engaging presentations led by CVS Engineers, highlighting the newest developments in SOLIDWORKS 2025. The “What’s New in SOLIDWORKS 2025” session unveiled innovative features and solutions aimed at enhancing both productivity and creativity in engineering design.
Highlight: CADVision Systems Booth Exhibitions
The main highlight for 3DXWID2025 – Kuala Lumpur this year is our booths exhibition. As the event came in the form of exhibition, we unveil to you the 4 main domains of our product which are Governance, Design/Engineering, Simulation, and Manufacturing/Production, together with CVS Works.
- Governance: Showcased the power of a cloud-based Data and Product Lifecycle Management portfolio with PDM 2025, enabling enhanced collaboration, faster data sharing, and streamlined workflows for more efficient product development.
- Design/Engineering: Explored CAD Software which are Draftsight and SOLIDWORKS through hands-on demonstrations, experiencing their latest features and capabilities.
- Simulation: Introduced to the power of FEA, Flow Simulation, and Plastic Simulation, showcasing innovative design testing solutions.
- Manufacturing/Production: Customers were shown the advanced tools in SOLIDWORKS 2025, including SOLIDWORKS Costing, SOLIDWORKS Add-In, Shop Floor Machining, and Shop Floor Programmer, for efficient manufacturing processes.
- CVS Works: Showcased the comprehensive training programs, exceptional customer care that supports customers journey and subscription benefits, and the commitment to unlocking hiring potential for future growth.
